Brief introduction of Southern Oregon University
Southern Oregon University (SOU) is a four-year American public university founded in 1926. The school is located in Ashland, the cultural capital of southern Oregon. Ashland is regarded as an ideal university village with rich natural heritage and colorful cultural and recreational activities. The university has four colleges of art, education, natural science and social science, with more than 6,000 students, including 620 international students from 46 countries around the world. The school offers 100 majors, including college of arts and sciences, business and 34 major education disciplines. The school adopts the mode of small class education, and teachers can take care of every student.
