Possible reasons:

1, the network speed is too slow, so that the page that could have been opened cannot be displayed because of the long delay.

2. There is something wrong with the server or website of the website you visited, so you can't open it.

This may be related to the coolness of your computer and the historical settings. In IE navigation: "tools" column, you can find: internet options >; & gt Click Delete File, clear history, delete COOKIES, and then close all open pages. Reopen them. It is strongly recommended that you try to open them in another browser.

4. It may be related to security settings. Found in IE navigation toolbar: internet options >; & gt Security > >> Change to "Internet". Set the regional level to Medium.

5. It may be that the local telecom or Netcom department restricted some websites.
