Anhui Jianzhu University, located in Hefei, Anhui Province, is a multi-disciplinary university focusing on civil engineering. It is a university jointly established by Anhui Province and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. It is an excellent university for undergraduate teaching level evaluation by the Ministry of Education. The doctoral degree is awarded to provincial construction units, and the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" and "New Engineering Research and Practice Project" are implemented by the Ministry of Education.

Anhui Jianzhu University was founded in 1958, and reopened in 1986 after Anhui Architectural Engineering School, Anhui Vocational and Technical College of Architecture and Hefei University of Technology. 20 13 Anhui Institute of Architecture and Technology was renamed Anhui Jianzhu University.
