Walking refers to being accepted by party and government organs, enterprises, troops, schools, social organizations, etc. for outstanding performance in study, work or major activities. In the name of the organization, it is recommended to study without examination, which generally includes ordinary high school students walking from school to university, college students walking from school to graduate school, soldiers walking from units above the regiment level to military schools, and ordinary workers walking from enterprises to universities.

Ordinary high school students who are recommended to walk to college need to meet one of the following conditions before they can be recommended to walk by qualified high schools:

High school graduates who were rated as provincial excellent students in high school;

High school graduates who won the first, second and third prizes in the national finals of the national middle school students' Olympic Games (China Mathematical Olympics, China Physics Olympics Finals, National Middle School Students' Chemistry Competition, National Youth Informatics Olympics and National Middle School Students' Biology Competition).

In high school, she participated in the provincial divisions of the national middle school students' subject Olympic competition: the national high school mathematics league (provincial division), the Chinese physics Olympic competition (provincial division), and the national high school students' chemistry competition (provincial division).

Fresh high school graduates who won the first prize in the Informatics Olympic Competition of all provinces in China and the first prize in the National Biology League for Middle School Students; (Note: According to the latest policy of the Ministry of Education, 20 1 1 senior high school students were disqualified from taking the first prize in the league. )

High school graduates who won the first and second prizes in the National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition (including the national youth biological and environmental science practice activities) or the "Tomorrow's Little Scientist" award activities, or in the national primary and secondary school computer production activities;

High school graduates who won prizes in the International Science and Engineering Grand Prix or the International Environmental Research Project Olympic Competition in high school;

Fresh high school graduates recommended by foreign language middle schools with the qualification of walking students approved by the Ministry of Education to foreign language and literature majors in colleges and universities;

Retired athletes who have won the top three national sports competitions, the top six Asian sports competitions and the top eight world sports competitions, as well as the titles of team ball athletes, track and field athletes, martial arts athletes and other international athletes;

Children of public security heroes who meet the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Education.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, outstanding students at the provincial level and award-winning students in related competitions shall apply by their middle schools, which shall review and publicize them. A foreign language middle school with the qualification of recommending students should formulate the recommendation method of the school, report it to the provincial education administrative department and the provincial admissions office for examination and filing, and publish it in the school.

The provincial recruitment center emphasizes that once students who have obtained the qualification of walking students by providing false identification or award-winning materials are found and verified, they will cancel their qualifications for enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities and participate in the national unified examination for enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities, and record them in the electronic files of candidates' college entrance examination integrity; Those who have been sent to colleges and universities for study will be cancelled by the relevant colleges and universities.

For secondary schools that provide false certification materials or illegally recommend students, once found and verified, the relevant departments will re-examine all the recommended students in that year; For middle schools that practise fraud, depending on the seriousness of the case, the qualification of recommending students to walk is suspended for one to three years; Middle schools with bad influence will be disqualified from recommending students to walk in the future.
