Du Jiangfeng, president of Zhejiang University, is a physicist, an academician of China Academy of Sciences and the chief scientist of the National Major Scientific Research Program. He is currently an alternate member of the 20th Central Committee, president of Zhejiang University (deputy minister level) and deputy secretary of the Party Committee.
