Heyuan Campus of Guangdong Normal University of Technology was applied by Heyuan Municipal Government, funded by Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and delivered to Guangzhou Normal University for operation after completion.

Heyuan was the only prefecture-level city in Guangdong province without undergraduate colleges before. Guangzhou technicians need to expand enrollment in the new campus after they are promoted to university, and then Heyuan and Guangzhou technicians hit it off. Bai Piao, a Guangzhou technician, has a Heyuan campus, and Heyuan has an undergraduate college.

The construction project of Heyuan Campus of Guangzhou Normal University is located on the east side of Donghuan East Road, Dongyuan County, with a total area of about 1, 08 1 mu and a school building area of 220,000 square meters. The construction cost of the first phase project is about1.24.5 million yuan. The funds mainly come from the provincial financial support of 500 million yuan, the Shenzhen Municipal Government applied for 500 million yuan to help the fund, and the rest was raised by Heyuan City.

Guangdong Second Normal University (GDUE), located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, is an ordinary undergraduate college in Guangdong Province. It is a demonstration base for innovation and entrepreneurship of small and micro enterprises in Guangdong Province and a pilot unit for creating space in Guangdong Province.

Guangdong Second Normal University was formerly the Guangdong Institute of Education Administration founded by 1955, and 1960 was renamed Guangdong Institute of Education. In the same year, Guangdong Teachers College of Workers and Peasants merged. /kloc-closed in 0/970, and the main body was decentralized to Xinxing County, Zhaoqing, and Zhaoqing Normal School and Zhaoqing Normal College were established successively.

1978 resumed classes, and 1982 was identified as a provincial adult normal college. In the same year, adult normal undergraduate education was started, 1985 general college education, 1990 general undergraduate education until 2008. 20 10 was approved by the Ministry of Education, and was restructured into an ordinary undergraduate college, renamed Guangdong Second Normal University, which is a provincial ordinary undergraduate college in Guangdong.
