Select File → New command to open a new dialog box with a width of 454 and a height of 340. It is named "Design and Production of Campus Posters" with a resolution of 350. The mode is RGB color and white PSD document.

4. Select Layer 0, create a new mask, and select the Gradient Tool.

6. Similarly, make the second layer.

7. Make stamps and put them in the layer.

8. Create a new floor, enter the text "Hubei Institute of Technology", the font is italicized, the font color is black and the font size is 30. Select Layer-Layer Style-Bevel and Relief/Projection.
