In April 2002, the school was only one year old. In the evaluation of the fourth batch of provincial key middle schools, our school was promoted to provincial key middle schools with the first total score. In February, 2002, it was recommended by the provincial and municipal education departments, and was identified as "national key construction demonstration secondary vocational school" by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance. In August, 2003, our school was determined by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial and Municipal Planning Commission as one of the key projects supported by national debt funds for the transformation of talents in five old industrial bases of Liaoning vocational education system.
