What is the tripartite agreement in universities?
Once the three parties sign the contract, it means that no individual, unit or school can break the contract.

We must be careful when signing a tripartite agreement. The reasons are as follows: 1. According to the regulations, each graduate has only one tripartite agreement form. If you go back on your word after signing, it will be more difficult to get another tripartite agreement form. And since you unilaterally broke the contract, the school has no reason to support you and may not be able to help you deal with it, so you can't sign a tripartite agreement with other units at all. Second, this agreement is different from the labor contract. Just ensuring that the three parties do not breach the contract does not reflect your relationship with the employer, your treatment and related responsibilities. So generally speaking, there is no legal responsibility, and no unit will sue you for breach of contract (three parties). If you break the contract, the biggest punishment is that you can't sign three parties with any other unit.

However, on the other hand, there are exceptions. Some special units, such as security units, can declare directly with receipts without being signed by the three parties. But there is a price to pay for breaking the contract, so you must be careful before signing.
