Qingdao Agricultural University is a multidisciplinary university with distinctive agricultural characteristics and coordinated development of agriculture, industry, science, economics, management, literature and law. 2. Qualification examination
Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. The school set up a qualification examination working group to be responsible for the qualification examination of candidates. (3) Examination
The examination is divided into written examination and interview. According to the relevant regulations on open recruitment of provincial institutions, with approval, doctoral recruitment positions and senior positions can be organized by simplified procedures and direct interviews.
1, written test
The written test content is mainly the professional knowledge required for the post. The total written test score is 100, and the passing score is 60 points. After the written test, the written test results and the list of interview candidates will be published on the website of the Personnel Department of Qingdao Agricultural University in time.

Candidates who reach the written test score line will determine the interview candidates in turn according to the prescribed proportion from high score to low score; If there are vacancies in the number of qualified written tests, the recruitment will be cancelled; Can not reach the prescribed proportion, according to the actual number of qualified people to determine. Step 2 interview
The total interview score is 100, and the qualified interview score is 70 points. Only those who pass the interview are eligible to enter the scope of inspection and physical examination. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview.

The interview methods and contents of each post are as follows:
Teacher position: trial lecture and defense are adopted. It mainly examines candidates' professional theoretical knowledge, teaching ability, scientific research ability and innovation ability.
Assistant post: use professional skills to operate and defend. It mainly tests candidates' professional knowledge, skill operation and comprehensive quality.
Counselor position and management position: adopt the method of combining structured test and defense. It mainly tests candidates' comprehensive analysis ability, organization and coordination ability, emergency ability, language expression ability and professional ability of corresponding positions.
After the examination, according to the ratio of 50% of written test scores and 50% of interview scores, the total test scores of candidates are calculated by using the percentage system (interview scores are the total test scores of simplified procedures). The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. If the total scores of candidates in the same recruitment plan are tied, the candidates will be determined according to the written test scores from high to low.
(4) Inspection and physical examination
The school has set up a working group for inspection and physical examination, which is responsible for inspection and physical examination. According to the recruitment position, according to the total test scores of candidates, the proportion of high scores and low scores is not higher than 1: 1.5, and the candidates who enter the scope of investigation are determined and organized for investigation. Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically. If re-examination is required according to the regulations, it will not be re-examined in the original medical examination hospital, but only in the hospital designated by the school 1 time, and the result will be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
Those who give up the qualification of inspection and physical examination or fail to pass the inspection and physical examination will be disqualified.
(5) Employment publicity
Candidates who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination will be publicized on the website of Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for 7 working days.
