Ma Jun, 1953, from Shenyang. Military historian, doctor of law, rank of senior university. In my youth, I worked as an educated youth in the countryside and a worker in the city. 1978, becoming the first batch of college students after the resumption of the national college entrance examination. He studied in Northeast Normal University, National Defense University and Peking University successively, and obtained a bachelor's degree in history. Master of Military Science, Doctor of Law. Now he is a professor of strategy teaching and research department of National Defense University. He has long been engaged in foreign military history, foreign military thoughts and international political research.
