1. This standard is based on People's Republic of China (PRC) Occupational Classification Ceremony (version 20 15) and strictly follows the relevant requirements of Technical Specification for the Compilation of National Vocational Skills Standards (version 20 18).
With the guiding ideology of "professional activities as the guide and professional skills as the core", the professional activities of dairy appraisers were elaborated in detail, and the skill level and theoretical knowledge level of employees at all levels were clarified.
2. According to relevant regulations, this standard divides this profession into three levels: Grade III/Senior Engineer, Grade II/Technician and Grade I/Senior Technician, including four aspects: occupation profile, basic requirements, post requirements and weight table. The main changes in this revision are as follows:
-Give full consideration to the influence of economic development and changes in industrial structure on this major, and improve skills requirements and related knowledge requirements.
-Flexible and practical, which can be adjusted according to the development of science and technology to meet the needs of training, appraisal and employment.
-conforming to the requirements of the times and society, the technical requirements and related knowledge requirements for dairy production safety and environmental protection have been strengthened.
