Recalling the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan, what should college students do?
Have the ability to think independently, be a bridge between China and Japan, and have the ambition to establish Sino-Japanese friendship. Three suggestions, I hope students can exchange ideas and gain friendship through today's activities. I hope that everyone will enhance their consciousness as messengers of non-governmental exchanges, actively participate in the cause of Sino-Japanese friendship, make positive contributions to promoting exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in their respective fields, and add fresh blood to the inheritance and development of Sino-Japanese friendship. On March 29th, the activity of "Facing the Future Together-Commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Normalization of Sino-Japanese Diplomatic Relations" was held at the Japanese Embassy in Japan. Yu Yang, Chargé d 'affaires of the Japanese Embassy in China, delivered a keynote speech and interacted with the students. Thirty Chinese and Japanese students from 23 universities including Peking University, Zhejiang University, Tongji University, Beijing Normal University, Tokyo University, Tsukuba University, Waseda University and Keio University participated online.
