First of all, teachers should care and cherish every student. For students with difficulties and students with poor ideological and moral quality, we must respect their personality, pay special attention to them at ordinary times, be strict with them, educate and manage them, insist on convincing people with reason and moving people with emotion. Every teacher should use his exemplary behavior to educate and influence students. In the process of educating students, teachers are forbidden to use simple and rude methods to beat and scold students, or to use disguised punishment methods that insult personal dignity, such as standing, running, copying books, working, driving out of the classroom, and not being allowed to attend classes.
Two, where teachers have corporal punishment, corporal punishment in disguised form or other acts that insult personal dignity, in addition to criticism and education, and depending on the seriousness and consequences and influence, give the following treatment:
1, if the circumstances are minor and it is the first offense, the leader of the teaching and research group, the director of education and the director of moral education are responsible for helping education; If the circumstances are serious, the vice principal and principal shall be responsible for helping education.
2. If the circumstances are serious, but there are no consequences, the teacher should apologize to the students themselves and their parents. The school deducts the party's one-month post responsibility award and cancels the qualification to participate in various advanced selection this semester or this year. If the circumstances are serious, resulting in some injuries or consequences, the party concerned shall be deducted from the post responsibility award for half a year, ordered to make public inspection at the faculty meeting of the whole school when necessary, and given administrative disciplinary action.
3. For the injury caused by corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguised form, if the parents of the students propose treatment, all necessary examination, treatment and other related expenses (such as travel expenses) shall be borne by the teachers themselves.
4. For individual teachers who refuse to mend their ways and refuse to mend their ways, if they criticize and educate poorly, they must be severely punished and given administrative disciplinary sanctions according to the circumstances until they are dismissed.
Three, the school authorities at all levels should attach great importance to the negative effects of corporal punishment and disguised corporal punishment. All teachers should be strict with themselves and avoid reckless methods in the process of education and teaching; Young teachers, in particular, should pay more attention to corporal punishment and disguised corporal punishment. Grade group and moral education office are responsible for supervision and inspection. When problems are found, the moral education department will deal with them in time together with the relevant grade groups; If the circumstances are serious, report to the principal's office and deal with it according to regulations. Those who deliberately fail to report or deliberately conceal the truth should bear the responsibility.
