According to official website of Liaoning University, we know that the business English major of Liaoning University is in the College of Foreign Languages of Liaoning University, and the College of Foreign Languages of Liaoning University is two. The School of Foreign Languages of Liaoning University was established in May, 1997. Its predecessor was Shenyang Russian Institute, established in 1950, and English Department of Shenyang Normal University was established in 1953. It is the oldest foreign language undergraduate teaching unit in Liaoning Province.
