I. Application conditions
(1) Qualification for entering the examination
202 1 The public security colleges enrolled in our province include People's Public Security University of China, People's Police University of China, China Criminal Police College, railway police college, Nanjing Forest Police College, Tibet Police College and Gansu Police Vocational College. Candidates who apply for the public security major in public security colleges shall register for the 20021general college entrance examination and meet the following qualifications:
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);
3. Love the China Party, the motherland, the people and the Socialism with Chinese characteristics system;
4. Volunteer to engage in public security work, love the people's public security cause, and be determined to study hard and work hard to safeguard national political security and social stability;
5. Age 16 years old and under 22 years old (born between 1 September 19991and August 3, 2005/), unmarried;
6. Graduated from ordinary high school, participated in the 20021college entrance examination in our province, and registered in Gansu Province;
7. Have good ideological and political quality and moral conduct, and meet the political conditions for enrollment of public security majors in public security colleges;
8. Have good physical conditions and psychological quality, and meet the standards for enrollment interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment of public security majors in public security colleges.
(2) Examination and identification of students' qualifications.
The Political Department of the Provincial Public Security Department, together with the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, will strictly examine the qualifications of candidates to prevent problems such as wrong exams, missed exams, college entrance examination immigrants, and impersonation. At the same time, the organization recognizes the candidates' native place, which is the place where the candidates registered when they took the college entrance examination.
(3) Requirements for political examination, interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment.
Political investigation, interview, physical examination or physical fitness assessment of enrollment in public security colleges shall be organized and implemented by the provincial public security department. The items and standards of physical examination and political examination shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions on the employment of people's police by public security organs; The items and standards of physical fitness assessment shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Student Physical Fitness Health Standard (revised 20 14). See annex 1 for the relevant requirements and standard forms of political examination, interview, physical examination or physical fitness assessment. Those who fail in political examination, interview, physical examination or physical fitness assessment will not be admitted.
Second, the enrollment process
(A) enrollment plan
202 1 People's Public Security University of China, People's Police University of China, China Criminal Police College, railway police college, Nanjing Forest Police College, Tibet Police College and Gansu Police Vocational College enroll students in our province. See Annex 2 for the enrollment plan.
The enrollment plan for public security majors in public security colleges approved and published must be strictly implemented, and it is strictly forbidden to adjust it without authorization, and it is strictly forbidden to enroll students beyond the plan. The unfinished enrollment source plan is voluntarily accepted through public solicitation.
(2) Political investigation
The political examination shall be organized and implemented before the interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment. Candidates who intend to apply for the undergraduate level of public security major in public security colleges will download and fill out the Political Examination Form for Public Security Major in Public Security Colleges from June 1 1 to June 24th at Gansu Education Examinations Institute or Gansu Provincial Public Security Department website, and junior college students will be enrolled from June 25th to July 25th (see attachment 1, printed on both sides, hereinafter referred to as the Political Examination Form). All police stations should strictly follow the contents and requirements of the Political Examination Form for Public Security Major Enrollment in Public Security Colleges, and carry out political examination through online verification, file review, interview investigation and entrusted investigation. After comprehensive analysis and research, the investigation opinions are put forward. The implementer of political examination and the person in charge of the police station shall sign the political examination form and affix the official seal of the unit, and then report it to the county-level public security organ. The public security organ at the county level shall make an audit opinion according to the political examination opinions of the police station. The examiner and the person in charge sign the political examination form, affix the official seal of the unit and seal it, and then give it to the candidate himself. Candidates are not allowed to open the political examination form privately. Candidates will hand over the packaged political examination form to the on-site staff when participating in the interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment. Candidates who have not submitted the political examination form or filled in the political examination form shall not participate in the interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment.
(3) Voluntary reporting
Candidates who apply for the public security major in public security colleges all arrange to fill in their volunteers at the first time, that is, from 20: 00 on June 25th to 20: 00 on June 27th, and adopt the sequential volunteer mode of "1+ 1", that is, candidates fill in their volunteers' 1 first volunteer and 1 second volunteer. Undergraduate colleges fill in paragraph A volunteers in advance, while higher vocational colleges fill in paragraph P volunteers in advance. For colleges and universities that have not completed the enrollment plan, they will openly solicit volunteers 1 time, and still adopt the sequential volunteer mode of "1+ 1". The scope of volunteering is limited to qualified candidates such as interview, physical examination, physical fitness assessment and political examination. After the completion of voluntary reporting, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will provide the provincial public security department with the list of Gansu household registration candidates who participated in interviews, physical examinations, physical fitness assessments and political examinations and special plans for rural poverty-stricken areas in accordance with the order of candidates' voluntary reporting and college entrance examination scores from high to low, and in principle at a ratio of not less than 1: 3.
(4) Interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment
202 1 The recruitment interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment of public security major in public security colleges in our province were conducted in Weijiazhuang Campus of Gansu Police Vocational College (109 near Gaolan County of National Highway), among which the People's Public Security University of China, People's Police University of China, China Criminal Police College, railway police college and Nanjing Forest Police College were conducted from June 25th to 28th. Tibet Police College and Gansu Police Vocational College were held from July 26th to 30th. Candidates who fail in interview, physical examination, physical fitness assessment or political examination shall not be admitted to the public security major of public security colleges.
Candidates applying for the public security major in public security colleges must hold three photos: ID card, household registration book, admission ticket and recent 1 inch bareheaded photo. Candidates who fail to attend the interview, physical examination and physical examination at the specified time and place will be automatically given up. Candidates' medical examination expenses are self-care.

Candidates who have passed the political examination, interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment will be announced to the public in a timely manner by the Provincial Public Security Department through the portal website (/). The list of qualified candidates in ordinary undergraduate public security colleges shall be submitted to the Provincial Education Examinations Institute before July 5; The list of qualified candidates in public security colleges of ordinary higher vocational colleges shall be submitted to the Provincial Education Examinations Institute before August 6. Requirements for submitting the list of qualified candidates: the paper list must be stamped with the official seal of the company, and the database includes the candidate number, name, ID number, qualified mark and other fields (see Annex 3 for the format). The materials of political examination, interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment of the candidates admitted to the public security major in public security colleges should be sent to the relevant public security colleges within 1 month after admission and stored in the student files.
(6) Admission
Candidates who apply for public security majors (except public security, drug control and police dog technology) in People's Public Security University of China, People's Police University of China and China Criminal Police College must reach the minimum control score of 202 1 the first batch of undergraduate enrollment in Gansu Province; Candidates who apply for public security, drug control, police dog technology, railway police college undergraduate public security and Nanjing Forest Police College must reach the minimum control score of the second batch of undergraduate enrollment in Gansu Province 2021; Candidates applying for Tibet Police College and Gansu Police Vocational College must reach the minimum control score of batch admission of higher vocational colleges (specialties) in Gansu Province (202 1).
On the basis of political examination, interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment, candidates are selected according to the proportion of 120%.
The enrollment of undergraduate students majoring in public security in public security colleges is arranged in paragraph A in advance, and the enrollment of higher vocational colleges (specialties) is arranged in paragraph P. The enrollment of special plans for poverty-stricken areas in public security colleges is implemented in accordance with the Notice of Gansu Provincial College Admissions Committee on Doing a Good Job in Recruiting Students from Rural and Poverty-stricken Areas in 20021Year (Gan Zhao Wei Fa [202/KLOC-0] No.6).
The enrollment of children of police heroes and heroes shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant documents of the General Office of the Ministry of Public Security and the General Office of the Ministry of Education.
Third, the job requirements

Enrollment in public security colleges is the primary link in the training of public security professionals, and improving the quality of students in public security colleges is an important premise and foundation to ensure the training quality of public security professionals. Public security organs at all levels should strengthen organizational leadership, clarify their work responsibilities and implement various tasks. The Personnel Training Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security is responsible for the overall guidance of the enrollment of public security majors in public security colleges nationwide, as well as the management and supervision of the enrollment of public security majors in subordinate public security colleges. According to the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Education, the Provincial Public Security Department will, under the leadership of the provincial college admissions committee, set up special classes with the provincial education department, the provincial education examination institute, discipline inspection and supervision, the police commissioner and other relevant public security colleges, and be fully responsible for the organization and implementation of public security professional enrollment in Gansu public security colleges.

Local recruitment committees, public security organs and public security colleges should make full use of various media and methods, actively carry out enrollment propaganda work, widely publicize the enrollment policies and related requirements of public security majors in public security colleges, especially the policy advantages of public security graduates in employment and police use, further expand the influence of public security colleges, encourage the majority of candidates to actively apply, and continuously improve the quality of students in public security colleges.
(3) Improve the supervision mechanism
The Political Department of the Provincial Public Security Department should organize and guide public security colleges to carry out the "sunshine project" of enrollment in depth, improve the supervision and restriction mechanism, implement the enrollment avoidance system, take the initiative to accept the supervision of candidates, parents and all sectors of society, and strive to maintain the seriousness and authority of enrollment. It is necessary to focus on problem clues and be serious about discipline and accountability. Those who resort to fraud, engage in malpractices for selfish ends or cause serious consequences due to perfunctory responsibilities will be investigated and dealt with strictly and quickly, and the responsibility of the directly responsible person and the leadership responsibility and supervision responsibility of the relevant personnel will be seriously investigated according to discipline and regulations.
(4) Implementing epidemic prevention and control.
According to the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, candidates who participate in interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment need to apply for the "health code" of the day. "Health Code" is a green code, and the health status is normal. Candidates with normal body temperature after on-site measurement can participate in interviews, physical examinations and physical fitness assessments. The "health code" is not a green code, and candidates who have lived in domestic epidemic areas or countries (borders) within/0/4 days before the exam but have no symptoms such as fever (underarm temperature above 37.3℃), dry cough, fatigue and sore throat (hereinafter referred to as related symptoms). , candidates with negative nucleic acid test (or positive serum-specific IgG antibody test in the past) and "health code" but not green code must be provided within 7 days before the test, and candidates who have lived in domestic epidemic areas or high-risk areas or countries (borders) within 14 days before the test and have related symptoms must be diagnosed and treated in designated hospitals in our province, and can participate in interviews. Only provide negative proof materials for nucleic acid test twice within 7 days before the test (with an interval of more than 24 hours) for physical examination and examination. Candidates with green "health code" but related symptoms should take the initiative to go to the designated hospital for testing and investigation.
Previously confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts in COVID-19 should take the initiative to report to the leading group for enrollment work of Gansu Provincial Public Security Department. In addition to providing negative proof of nucleic acid test within 7 days before the exam, you must also provide proof that there is no abnormality in lung imaging examination before you can participate in the interview, physical examination and physical fitness assessment.
COVID-19 confirmed cases, suspected cases or asymptomatic infected persons who are still in isolation treatment period, and close contacts who are in centralized isolation period are not allowed to participate in interviews, physical examinations and physical fitness assessments.
