Why isn't Fudan University called Duff?
Fudan University in Shanghai was founded by Ma in Wusong. The name of the school is taken from the biography of Shangshu Yu Xia. The word "Fudan" in the sentence "Sunlight and Moonlight in hua dan Fudan" originally meant to pursue light, which meant that the ancient "Aurora" would not be forgotten, and it contained the significance of running a school independently and rejuvenating China. Fudan College was upgraded to a university, and later its name was extended, referred to as Fudan.
