And our company is precisely because of the relaxed working environment, superior industry and monopoly. This leads to the lack of internal competition, disjointed management between departments, lax management and egalitarianism. The management of the same pot of rice still exists and the management concept is stagnant. Since the end of xx, the new leadership team has greatly strengthened management and paid attention to practical results, and the work at all levels of the company has been greatly improved, but there are still some deep-seated problems. The solution to the problem is actually not difficult! If our company has 80% cadres and employees, who are cadres in personality, can truly respond to the company's management policy of "telling the truth and doing practical things", think simply, do things more simply, and sincerely think about the company's prospects and interests, then everything will be solved. I will make up my mind to "tell the truth and do practical things" for the development of the company as much as possible, regardless of personal gains and losses. Experience of visiting the factory (2) After a day's factory visit and internship, I really learned a lot beyond the textbook, which really benefited me a lot!
In this process, I learned a lot from ignorance to cognition and then to in-depth understanding. At the same time, I began to like this brand-new major gradually and felt that the learning process was the most perfect. 1, learn to persist.
No matter which factory or company you are internship in, you will not be asked to do any work at first, just watch and learn. As short as several days, as long as several weeks. Experience of visiting the factory (3) Yesterday, under the leadership of my colleague Allen, two new colleagues from my department and I visited and studied in the company's production workshop. Stepping into BIWIN, this is my first visit to the production workshop.
In the morning, with curiosity, we walked into the workshop on the first floor. First of all, I was shocked by her cleanliness and modern atmosphere. We first visited the front end of the first floor. We have to wear professional clothes before going in, and then we can enter the front end of the first floor after dust removal in the clean room. The production supervisor on the first floor is responsible for receiving us. Under his guidance, we first visited the complete production line factory area at the front end of the first floor. Through his affectionate explanation, I learned about Flash. After visiting the front end, we visited the back end of the first floor. The workshop supervisor introduced us to other processes after front-end production, including sealant, printing laser and defect detection. Character is defect detection, and all kinds of tests are very detailed and exquisite. Through a general understanding of the first floor, I have a basic understanding of the production process and inspection process of Flash.
In the afternoon, we visited the production workshop on the second floor. The owner on the second floor is responsible for retesting, activating and packaging the Flash produced on the first floor. Although the process is not as complicated as the first floor and the working environment is not as strict as the first floor, the colleagues in the company have not slacked off in the slightest and are doing their jobs meticulously. Experience of visiting the factory (4) The members of the backbone training class of "Qingma Project" visited Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which benefited me a lot.
The predecessor of Sanjing Pharmaceutical is Harbin No.3 Pharmaceutical Factory, a state-owned enterprise, which was founded in 1950. At first, it mainly produced muscle and intravenous injection. It is the earliest enterprise specializing in the production of injections in Heilongjiang Province, and the earliest enterprise introducing foreign injection equipment in China. This visit focused on showing us first-class production equipment and advanced product production technology. Strict quality assurance system and the historical development of Sanjing Pharmaceutical.
Taking part in this activity, you can not only walk into the workshop of Sanjing, but also see the whole production process of Sanjing products. I carefully looked at the general building of Sanjing Pharmaceutical Factory. It has a visiting building, a living building and a gymnasium. Injection production workshop, etc. The road inside is clean and there is a zebra crossing. Many workers or tourists have to take the zebra crossing when crossing the road. From this small detail, we can see that the management of Sanjing Pharmaceutical Factory is very strict!
It can be seen that the management system there is orderly, and there is also a bathhouse, which is specially for employees. Then we came to the logistics distribution center. I felt great when I entered. There is a logistics distribution hall. It's where goods go in and out of the warehouse. All the drugs in the box are packed, and then we continue to walk inside. We found it was dark and cold. These boxes are automatically packed and transported by the machine and operated by one person on the machine console. This machine lifted all the heavy boxes. After coming out of the logistics distribution hall, I found a big medicine bottle at the door of a building, which is the production and development department.
At present, Sanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has invested a lot of money in the research and development of new products, concentrated all aspects of resource advantages, and formed a "production generation". Experience of visiting the factory (5) In order to let the employees and front-line sales staff who just entered the company better understand the product knowledge, feel the company's cultural concept and increase our understanding of the production process, the company organized new employees, Chen Jiazhuo, manager of Beijing branch, and Liang Xiaohui, manager of Shenyang branch, to visit and study. Our itinerary is: visit the equipment factory and stationery production workshop-the whole factory and office building-visit the exhibition hall of equipment and stationery products-and introduce the product functions and technical knowledge in a unified way.
Perhaps I grew up in a factory, and I was deeply impressed by the meticulous management, responsibility system and quality control of Guanlan Factory. The meticulous reception circle, meticulous attitude towards products and strict on-site management also left a deep impression on us. The management system and responsibility system of Guanlan Factory are perfect. At the door of each department or production unit, on the head of the production line, there will be a sign that says the person in charge ××××, with photos attached. Every unit will have a place to post the quality inspection and progress of the month, and there are many rules and regulations, and "No ……" and "……… are against the company's system" can be seen everywhere, which really shows the rigor of the system and norms. At the same time, every production workshop has a big banner, which shows the business philosophy to varying degrees: people-oriented, pioneering and innovative, striving for perfection, winning by quality.
Yang Gong, a senior engineer, introduced the product function and process knowledge. Their understanding and publicity potential of their products are worth learning. In the exhibition hall of Guanlan factory, we can see their product introduction, technical indicators and comparison with other products. The obvious comparison reflects the high quality of Qixin products, which makes customers more confident to buy Qixin products. We are proud as Qixin people.
There is a sign hanging at the door of the workshop with the message: "Speak softly, have a smaller temper, laugh a little, be sweet, have a positive attitude, complain less, use your head more, have a bigger belly, plan earlier, do more, take more responsibility, carry out better, act faster, save resources and be more efficient." The factory is equipped with books for employees to learn, managers and employees live together, and there are billiards tables, table tennis tables and basketball courts for employees to entertain, enriching employees' entertainment activities.
