I think a big difference between a school and a unit is that you must have a strong sense of responsibility after entering the society. At work, students must have a strong sense of responsibility, be responsible for their posts and their own business. If you don't finish the work you should finish that day, the clerk must work overtime, and if you don't pay attention to the mistakes, you must also be responsible for correcting them. So I realize that the real purpose of our internship is to combine what we have learned in college with more practice, and to test the truth with practice, so that an undergraduate has a strong potential to deal with basic practice and more systematic professional knowledge.
Practice before graduation plays a very important role in helping fresh graduates to move from campus to society, so we should attach great importance to it. Through practice, we can find out the gap between our own situation and the actual needs of society, supplement relevant knowledge in time in the later study, and make full knowledge and potential preparations for job hunting and formal work, thus shortening the psychological adaptation period from campus to society.
