Anhui University of Technology introduced:

Anhui University of Technology is located in Maanshan City, Anhui Province, adjacent to Nanjing in the Yangtze River Delta. Its predecessor was Maanshan Iron and Steel School (East China Metallurgical Institute). In 2000, East China Metallurgical Institute merged with Anhui Business College to form Anhui University of Technology.

The school carries forward the fine tradition of "high standards and strict requirements", inherits the excellent school spirit of "unity, truth-seeking, diligence and innovation", casts the school motto of "precision, erudition, morality and sensitivity", and accumulates the university culture of "sincerely serving the country, serving the people, pursuing truth, advocating science and technology, selfless dedication and striving for first-class".

It has embarked on a characteristic development road of "industry-oriented, service industry, local integration and innovative development" and has become a coordinated development of seven disciplines: industry-oriented, science, economy, management, literature, law and art.

Multidisciplinary universities with distinctive industry characteristics are supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Anhui Provincial Government to implement the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" of universities and the Ministry of Education, and to build high-level universities with local characteristics in Anhui Province.

The school has established cooperative relations with nearly 100 foreign universities, undertaken a number of international scientific research cooperation projects, and actively participated in the "Belt and Road" talent training. The school joined the "China-ASEAN Education Exchange Week" Belt and Road Talent Training School-enterprise Alliance and obtained the qualification of Chinese Proficiency Examination Institute of China Language Exchange and Cooperation Center.

Deepen cooperation with universities in the Yangtze River Delta, join the Yangtze River Delta Higher Engineering Education Alliance, and initiate the establishment of the Yangtze River Delta Higher Engineering Education University Science Park Alliance and the Yangtze River Delta High-level Industrial Characteristic University Alliance. Continue to promote the construction of alumni associations and academic alumni associations inside and outside the province, and the School Education Development Foundation was awarded the 5A-level Social Organization Evaluation Foundation of Anhui Provincial Civil Affairs Department.
