Art College of Ningbo University is an important training base for applied and theoretical artistic talents in Zhejiang Province. At present, it has teaching and research institutions such as Art Design Department, Music Department, Fine Arts Department, Central Laboratory, Hu Xiaoping Vocal Music Art Center and World Music and Ethnomusicology Research Center. There are 7 1 full-time teachers in our college, including 22 associate professors, 6 doctors and 2 doctors. In recent years, the college has introduced high-end talents such as world-famous singer professor, American doctor professor of musicology, professor Dai, and German young pianist Dr. Jie Zheng. At the same time, a number of internationally renowned artists and scholars have been invited as visiting professors to give lectures at the College from time to time to lead the development of the College.

Pan Tianshou College of Art and Design of Ningbo University is a subject college under Ningbo University. Huize College was formally established in June, 20 15 with the help of external resources such as the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the social influence of Mr. Pan from China Academy of Art, giving full play to the comprehensive advantages of Ningbo University, and integrating internal resources such as the Fine Arts Department, the Art Design Department, the Clothing and Costume Design Department, and the Industrial Design Department of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics.

Guided by the concept of "design is productivity" put forward by Mr. Pan, the college aims to build a first-class modern art design college with distinctive local characteristics and innovative leading ability, and cultivate applied and compound high-end art design talents with international vision, innovative consciousness, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Professor Xu Zhongou, a famous printmaker and former dean of the School of Urban Design of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, served as the dean, and Mr. Tony, chairman of the American Art League and former dean of art institute of chicago, served as a consultant and professor of Bao Yugang.
