I. Plan

The enrollment plan for "college-upgraded undergraduate" shall be formulated at a ratio of not less than 5% of the total enrollment plan of undergraduate colleges in 20 12 years. All undergraduate colleges and universities draw up their own enrollment plans for "upgrading from junior college to undergraduate college", and submit them to the Financial Planning Department of the Provincial Department of Education for review before the end of April (see annex 1 for the attached table), which will be jointly issued by the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission.

The content of the "college-upgraded" examination is divided into cultural courses and professional courses. Examination subjects: liberal arts are English, college Chinese and professional courses; Science is English, advanced mathematics and professional courses; The score of each test paper is 150, out of 450. The cultural course is organized by the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute, and candidates who take the cultural course exam take the professional course exam. The reference books of cultural examination subjects are: English is based on the three-dimensional series of textbooks "New Practical English" published by Higher Education Press and "New Century Professional English" published by Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press, and there is no listening; The language is based on College Chinese published by East China Normal University Press (edited by Xu Zhongyu). Mathematics is based on the textbooks used in various schools, and the examination scope is "calculus of one variable function". Registration, examination time, professional course examination and other related specific examinations will be notified separately by the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute.

The admission work is carried out under the unified leadership of the Provincial Admissions Committee, and the relevant offices of the Provincial Department of Education cooperate with each other to review and determine the list of new students to be admitted to each institution. According to the candidates' scores and enrollment plans, colleges and universities draw up a list of new students in accordance with the principles of fairness, justice, openness and admission from high score to low score, and go through the formal admission examination and approval procedures at the provincial entrance examination institute. Students who have won the third prize and above in the national vocational skills competition during their school days will be given priority.
