The graduates will submit the agreement signed and signed by themselves to the personnel department of the employer, which will fill in the basic information of the unit, sign and agree to receive the written opinions of the graduates, and sign and seal it. If the unit does not have the right to make personnel decisions, it needs to be submitted to its superior competent department for signature and seal approval.
