Prince Tomhito of Sanli is Hirohito's younger brother, the son of Prince Chongren of Sanli Palace, and the grandson of Emperor Taishō. He was born in Japan. Emperor Akihito's cousin is the sixth person in the Japanese royal family. 1966 held a ceremony of Fu Yuanyi, and was awarded the Chrysanthemum Medal by the royal family. 1968, graduated from Peking University Law Department, Oxford University, UK 1970-1972. 20 12 died of multiple organ failure at 3: 35pm on June 6th at the age of 66.
