The dean is usually the boss of the college, of course, individual college secretaries are older than the dean. This is different from the size of the principal and the secretary. The general administrative level of the dean is the official level, some are the intermediate level and some are the deputy level. But the power is much worse than that of the county magistrate and county party secretary, and they are generally academic (secretaries govern the party). Obviously, the dean's power in academic management is greater than that of the secretary, which is different from other institutions, just as some central ministries and commissions are greater than that of the party secretary.
