Registration requirements and related arrangements

1) Before coming to school, students are required not to return to school in advance in principle. If it is really necessary to return to school in advance due to special circumstances, it must be examined and approved by various colleges (units). If they arrive at school early without reason, they can be treated as violating school rules.

Students returning to Shanghai from other provinces and cities are required to provide negative reports of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before departure, and can return to Shanghai only after being approved by various colleges (units).

2) Students who return to Shanghai from other provinces and cities must do more 1 nucleic acid tests after arriving in Shanghai. Students can choose to participate in the nucleic acid testing organized by the school or go to the designated nucleic acid testing institution in Shanghai for testing. Only when the test result is negative can normal study and life be carried out.

Students who need to return to school from other provinces and cities in advance for special reasons must provide a re-examination report with negative nucleic acid test before and after their return to Shanghai before applying for returning to school.

3) Military Training Arrangements The school will carry out military training for students from August 28th to September 10, and carry out military training and a series of theme education activities in the form of "combination of online and offline" and "combination of main venue and sub-venue" to ensure that both military training for students and normal management of epidemic situation are equally important. Strengthen the personal protection of all participants, conscientiously do a good job in epidemic prevention and disinfection, ventilation and cleaning, on-site epidemic prevention and control equipment, related epidemic prevention materials, passage exits and emergency disposal sites, and strictly control the organization of large-scale gathering activities.

Failed to register

Students who are unable to register on-site due to epidemic situation, study abroad or internship in other provinces and cities, etc., apply to the college (unit) through the network, and those who meet the requirements after examination by the college (unit) shall be regarded as registration.

Students who fail to report as scheduled due to epidemic or other reasons shall go through the formalities of leave or suspension from school according to the regulations of the school. Students who fail to register within the specified time, or apply for leave or drop out of school, are overdue for two weeks. After being recognized by the school, it is regarded as giving up admission qualification or dropping out of school.

Network teaching arrangement: according to the relevant regulations of the school on teaching during the epidemic, students who can't get to school as scheduled are taught online. When the epidemic situation changes, the time for returning to school will be determined.
