Now there are so many college students studying hard at home and not going out to look for a job after graduation. What is the reason?
In real life, there are still many college students who are gnawing at the old at home. When they encounter unsatisfactory things at work, the first thing they think of is not how to overcome these difficulties, but whether I should quit my job as soon as possible, leave this place and go home for a few days before looking for it. Over time, they become decadent, their parents feel distressed, and they are unwilling to let them suffer, so they can only let it be.

I. Family issues

Today's college students, many of whom are only children, have been the treasures of their families since childhood and have been taken care of by their elders. College students who grow up in this environment can easily develop bad temper and can't stand injustice. Once you encounter something unsatisfactory at work or are criticized by the leaders, you immediately choose to resign and leave because the living standard has improved and parents want to give their children the best.

Second, social problems.

In the current job market, if you only have a college degree or a bachelor's degree, it is difficult to find a satisfactory job after graduation as it was ten years ago. Many of our ideal jobs, due to fierce competition, have raised the academic threshold to master's degree. This has caused many college students to have no jobs. Over time, many people have been hit by reality, lost their passion for life and chose to go home and study hard.

Third, the job is not suitable.

Many college graduates have just entered the society and don't know much about their jobs, so they have great requirements for working environment and salary, hoping for a good environment and high salary. Even some college students want to enter the management of the company right after graduation, rather than start at the grassroots level.

In my opinion, these students who are unwilling to go out to work for various reasons should not laugh at or crowd them out. What we need to do is to try to get them out of the trough. As long as you don't work for three months and don't contact the society for three months, you will be very decadent and don't want to work day after day.
