Regional awards. The China Hong Kong Contemporary College Student Design Award is sponsored by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council of China and the Hong Kong Art Design Association of China. The China Hong Kong Arts Development Council is a statutory body designated by the government to comprehensively develop Hong Kong arts, and the China Hong Kong Contemporary Design Award is only a regional award level. China Hong Kong, referred to as "Hong Kong", is the full name of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Special Administrative Region.
