Whether to join the Party or not is not only a matter of personal will, but also related to the process that you should apply to the Party organization for joining the Party, and then conduct an inspection period, prepare for party member and officially party member. Not all university teachers are party member, and not all party member are university teachers. Therefore, joining the party or not is not necessarily related to improper university teachers.
