Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the relevant requirements of Shanxi Province, in combination with the specific conditions of our college, in order to ensure the smooth progress of college entrance examination enrollment, standardize enrollment behavior and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates.

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 9 The College shall set up a leading group for general enrollment, which shall be responsible for the enrollment of general undergraduate students in the whole college, formulate enrollment plans, determine enrollment policies and rules, and decide on major enrollment matters.

Article 10 The Admissions Office is a permanent organization that organizes and implements enrollment and related work, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of enrollment for ordinary undergraduate students.

Eleventh enrollment work in the college discipline inspection and supervision departments under the supervision of the whole process.

Chapter IV Access Principles

Twelfth enrollment work follows the principle of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission".

Thirteenth candidates are assigned majors according to the principle of score priority, and there is no grade difference between majors. Candidates who meet the national policies and enjoy the bonus policy can be given bonus points according to the regulations of their provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and the bonus points will be admitted at the time of admission. Candidates with the same total score shall be subject to the relevant regulations of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Fourteenth according to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) enrollment plan and candidates to determine the transfer ratio, in order to fill in the batch voluntarily, the transfer ratio should be controlled within 65438 0.20% in principle; According to the batch of filing in parallel volunteer, the proportion of filing should be controlled within 105% in principle.

Fifteenth computer majors only recruit English candidates. Other majors offer foreign language teaching in Britain, Japan and Germany.

Sixteenth undergraduate and corresponding undergraduate admission principle is based on the total score of the exam from high to low.

Article 17 Art majors only enroll students in Shanxi Province, and the admission principle: the cultural achievements reach the corresponding batch admission control line of art undergraduates designated by Shanxi Province; Admission is from high to low according to the results of the provincial unified examination or joint examination of art majors. If the professional scores are tied, they will be admitted according to the results of cultural courses.

Eighteenth candidates physical examination requirements in accordance with the Ministry of Education, Health and Wellness Commission, China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities".

Chapter V Enrollment Plan

Article 19 The principle and method of enrollment plan allocation is to determine the method of enrollment plan compilation according to the overall development plan, teaching resources, professional structure and development trend of the college and the suggestions put forward by various departments. The college implements the inter-provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) enrollment plan approved by the Ministry of Education and the Shanxi Provincial Department of Education, and the enrollment plan is subject to the data published by the provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) level enrollment institutions.

Article 20 Names of schools that issue graduation certificates and degree certificates: China Academy of Sciences and Taiyuan University of Science and Technology;

Name of diploma and degree certificate issued by counterpart: China Academy of Sciences and Taiyuan University of Science and Technology;

Name of diploma: Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, starting point of China Academy of Sciences.

Chapter VII Charging Standards

Twenty-first approved by the Shanxi Provincial Price Bureau of tuition and accommodation fees should be strictly enforced.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Article 22 There are various scholarships for students in our college to reward outstanding students with excellent academic performance. Students with financial difficulties can also apply for national student loans or participate in work-study programs provided by schools.

Twenty-third freshmen will be re-examined after entering the school. Those who do not meet the admission requirements or practise fraud will be disqualified.

Article 24 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of undergraduates in our college, and the interpretation right belongs to Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, China Academy of Sciences. If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant national policies, the relevant national policies shall prevail.
