Xinhua college of ningxia university is located in Yinchuan, the capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. It is the first independent college in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and a full-time undergraduate institution of higher learning organized by Ningxia University in accordance with the new mechanism and model.
