2. Take the way of directly recruiting non-commissioned officers. Before being entrusted, the training time is paid according to the allowance of conscripts. After being awarded the rank of corporal, the salary of corporal began to be paid, and the monthly salary was basically 5,000 ~ 7,000 yuan.

Retirement fee paid by the army: The soldier has served for at least two years. After retiring in two years, the army will give each veteran a retirement fee. The annual retirement fee is 4500 yuan. Plus some miscellaneous expenses such as meals and travel expenses in the last month, it may add up to about 20 thousand to 30 thousand.

Third, local government subsidies:

1, college student enlistment bonus. Many places will give college students a one-time cash reward for joining the army. For example, in Chengdu, Sichuan, according to the standard that undergraduate students (including freshmen, students and graduates) are not less than 25,000 yuan, and junior college students (including freshmen, students and graduates) are not less than 6.5438+0.5 million yuan, graduates are given a one-time bonus, and 25,000 yuan is paid on this basis.

2. Family allowance for conscripts. Due to the different levels of economic development in different places, the standards of preferential payments are also different. For example, Beijing's payment standard: the standard is 60% of the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the previous year, rounded to the nearest integer, and the highest is not higher than the per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents in the previous year.

3. One-time self-employment subsidy issued by the local government. There may be100,000 in economically developed areas in two years, and only tens of thousands in economically underdeveloped areas.
