Third, the application conditions
(a) support the leadership of the China * * * production party, with the correct political direction, love the motherland, willing to serve the socialist modernization, law-abiding, good conduct.
(2) Persons who have graduated from a master's degree or obtained a master's degree; Fresh master graduates (you must graduate or get a master's degree before entering school at the latest). Candidates who have obtained a master's degree abroad must submit the original and photocopy of the degree certification certificate provided by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education; "On-the-job master's degree candidates" and other personnel who failed to obtain a master's degree certificate before registration are required to provide a certificate signed by the tutor that they will obtain a master's degree certificate before the proposed admission list is publicized.
(3) Physical health meets the prescribed physical examination standards.
(4) Written recommendation opinions of two professors (experts with senior titles) in their respective disciplines.

Fourth, enrollment methods
The enrollment methods of doctoral students in our school are divided into three types: direct doctoral study, continuing postgraduate study and application-assessment system. Candidates can choose one of them according to their own conditions.
(1) Directly attacking Bo
Direct blog is an enrollment method that directly selects doctoral students for outstanding undergraduate graduates (referred to as exemption students) who have obtained the recommendation exemption qualification inside and outside the school. Arrange the enrollment of direct doctoral students in the receiving stage of students who are exempted from the examination every year. Students who have obtained direct doctoral qualifications should obtain bachelor's degrees and undergraduate diplomas on time, and go through the doctoral admission procedures in the autumn semester of the following year.
(2) Master's degree and continuous study.
Continuous study of master's and doctoral students is an enrollment method for selecting doctoral students from master's students whose enrollment examination method is unified examination or exemption. Postgraduates and doctoral students are enrolled twice a year, which are arranged in the autumn semester of that year and the spring semester of the following year respectively. The selection of autumn semester is for graduate students in Grade Two and Grade Three, and the selection of spring semester is mainly for graduate students in Grade One.
(3) Application evaluation
Application-assessment is an enrollment method to select doctoral students for all outstanding candidates who meet the registration requirements. Application-assessment enrollment work is carried out twice a year, which is arranged in the autumn semester of that year and the spring semester of the following year. Face-to-face enrollment for doctoral students applying for non-directional employment in autumn semester; Spring semester is a supplementary enrollment for all kinds of doctoral students.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) application category and admission category
Candidates are divided into non-directional employment and directional employment according to employment methods. The admission category is the same as the application category and cannot be changed after registration.
Non-directional employment
Doctoral students who apply for non-directional employment refer to doctoral students who have all their personnel files transferred to our school when they enter school and have no salary income. This kind of doctoral students enjoy all kinds of scholarship policies of the school, and adopt the way of "two-way choice" between graduates and employers to ensure the employment destination after graduation.
Non-directional employment doctoral students must go through the personnel file transfer procedures within the specified time after the proposed admission qualification is determined. Candidates who fail to go through the formalities of personnel file transfer and file review according to regulations will be disqualified.
Targeted employment
Doctoral students who apply for directional employment will not be transferred to our school when they enter the school, and they will not enjoy all kinds of incentive policies of the school. Before admission, the unit where the personnel files are located and the candidates sign an agreement with our school on targeted employment and training. When they graduate, the school is not responsible for employment dispatch, and they are employed according to the orientation agreement.
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, the problems arising from candidates' application for doctoral students and their work units shall be handled by the candidates themselves. Our school will not be responsible if the candidates cannot be re-examined or admitted because of this.
V. Academic system and tuition fees
The academic system of full-time doctoral students in our school is 4 years, and that of direct doctoral students is 5 years.
According to the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Management of Tuition Standards for Postgraduate Education and Related Issues, starting from the fall semester of 20 14, postgraduate education will be fully charged. The tuition standard of doctoral students in our school is 6.5438+0 million yuan/student/year.
The fund system of intransitive verbs
For doctoral students enrolled in non-directional employment, the school has set up multiple incentive policies, such as grants, scholarships, and three-aid positions (teaching assistants, management assistants, and research assistants), to improve the treatment level of doctoral students. Among them, grants and research assistants are not less than 29,000 yuan per student every year, and the school has established a "national scholarship" and an "academic scholarship" of 30,000 yuan per student every year.

Our school will strictly carry out qualification examination, and examine the candidates' valid identity documents, undergraduate and master's diplomas and degree certificates (student cards of fresh graduates) and undergraduate and master's degrees (student status). Candidates who apply for the exam by application-assessment must log on to the China Higher Education Student Information Network () and conduct online or written education (student status) certification in advance as required.
