Good afternoon everyone! I'm Xie from Class 2, Cultural Industry Management, Grade 09. When I first entered the university, I was honored to be elected monitor. After that, a series of explorations and practices were carried out in this position. Let me talk about my views on class construction.
1. As the saying goes, no rules can make Fiona Fang. In order to keep the class from falling apart, the construction of class management system is very important. Only by building this basic project well can we have a chance to seek longer-term development. 09 class 2 system construction is reasonable. If the work and responsibilities are subdivided, the daily work can be followed by rules and evidence. It is the unshirkable responsibility of every class cadre to do this work well. Of course, rules are dead and people are alive. The course system should also be flexible and adjusted reasonably according to the actual situation. An excellent collective must have an excellent system.
2. Pay attention to the "helmsman" role of the monitor. As a monitor, we must first put on a correct posture. For the class, the monitor is not only a leader, but also a server. Excellent service providers make excellent collectives, and excellent collectives make excellent service providers. Class cadres are the main force and leader of class construction. An excellent class group must have a strong cadre team. The construction of class cadres can lay a good foundation for the development of the class. At the same time, the monitor should constantly strengthen self-construction, adhere to principles, serve the class dutifully, and play an exemplary role in work and study life.
3. Class activities promote class construction. Through class meetings and group activities, let every student participate in the management of class affairs, and let every student feel that he is the master of the class, the class is his own, and the honor of the class is his own honor. Only when the whole class is strong will he become strong! The composition in my class is quite special. Most of my classmates are from outside the province and come from all corners of the country. Therefore, whenever there is a traditional festival, everyone will always get together and dilute homesickness with a United atmosphere. Increase students' cohesion and sense of unity through each group activity. Turn the class into a "family", talk about students becoming "brothers and sisters", unite and help each other, love each other, and let every student get together tightly.
4. The unique criticism system keeps the class construction in the right direction. It is agreed that every student in the class can make criticisms and suggestions to the class cadres at the class meeting, and the class cadres should always criticize themselves. No one is perfect. Only through constant criticism and encouragement can we keep the right direction and keep moving forward.
5.*** It is very important to refer to the same belief. At the beginning of the semester, the class made a class slogan and a class song "Hey Jude", which is an inspirational song. We should make a good life plan in college and encourage us to move forward with an inspirational song. Every time everyone sings this song together, every student's heart must be full of hope and strength.
Of course, in the process of class construction, we have also encountered some difficulties. For example, the students in the class come from many provinces and regions, and their personalities are very different and their living habits are different. When dealing with these problems, we should cultivate more similarities in line with the principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences, so as to make everyone less different and more close.
In my opinion, the second semester of sophomore year is like the crossroads of four years of college. Whether it's postgraduate entrance examination, work or going abroad, we should start to work hard this semester. Therefore, the focus of this semester's lessons is to help everyone locate and learn. Organize students to communicate and convey all kinds of information to individuals in time.
As the monitor of the School of Management, I can not only apply the professional knowledge I have learned on weekdays to class management, but also find problems in management, so as to solve them in my study. As a student cadre, I not only exercised myself, but also helped others.
