The cherry blossoms in Wuda are particularly famous, attracting millions of tourists from all over the country every spring, and are regarded as one of the most beautiful cherry blossom viewing places.

Second, Huazhong University of Science and Technology

Huazhong University of Science and Technology is a key comprehensive university directly under the Ministry of Education. On May 26th, 2000, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Tongji Medical University and Wuhan Institute of Urban Construction were merged.

Third, Wuhan University of Technology

Founded in 1898, Wuhan University of Technology is a full-time general institution of higher learning directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). Wuhan Institute of Technology has three campuses: Mafangshan Campus, Yujiatou Campus and Nanhu Campus, with complete teaching and living facilities.

Fourth, Huazhong Normal University.

Huazhong Normal University, founded in 1903, is a key comprehensive normal university directly under the Ministry of Education and an important base for training teachers and other senior professionals in middle and higher schools. China Normal University has two campuses, which are famous for their osmanthus trees all over the mountain.
