Brief introduction of Jiang Xuehua's main academic achievements
Professor Jiang Xuehua, as the person in charge, organized and carried out the national natural science foundation projects "Study on the function and regulation of P- glycoprotein in the absorption of oral Chinese medicine preparations", "Study on biopharmaceutical methods in the design and evaluation of oral Chinese medicine delivery system" and "Study on screening methods of basic cell models of Chinese medicine preparations". In this study, Caco-2 cell model was applied to the screening of effective substances in traditional Chinese medicine for the first time, and a modern research idea of traditional Chinese medicine was put forward, which was based on cell model to screen the basic components of effective substances, adjust the drug release rate, change the permeability of drug film, and pay attention to the correlation between in vitro release and absorption kinetics in vivo. The prescription technology of oral fast-acting sustained-release preparations of traditional Chinese medicine was designed and optimized, which had a positive role in promoting the establishment of biopharmaceutics of traditional Chinese medicine and the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.

As the person in charge, Professor Jiang Xuehua completed the project of National Natural Science Foundation "Study on the Quality Evaluation of Organ-targeted Nanoparticle Drug Delivery System for Anticancer Drugs" and the project of National Doctor of Medical Technology Innovation "Study on Liver-targeted Akramycin A Nanoparticles and Freeze-dried Injection of Akramycin A Polylactic Acid Nanoparticles with Liver-targeted Characteristics", carried out the research on the quality evaluation of Organ-targeted Nanoparticle Drug Delivery System, and put forward the indicators and methods for the quality evaluation of Organ-targeted Nanoparticle Drug Delivery System.

Professor Jiang Xuehua is in charge of clinical pharmacokinetics research and bioavailability evaluation research of nearly 100 new drugs, and has done a lot of exploratory work for the first phase clinical research of new drugs in China, and published dozens of related papers. He is a famous expert in pharmacokinetics and bioavailability research in Sichuan Province and enjoys a high reputation in the field of bioavailability evaluation of pharmaceutical preparations in China.

In the field of research and development, Professor Jiang Xuehua is responsible for the research and development of dozens of new drug pharmaceutics. Include naftopidil tablets, glimepiride capsules, amoxicillin/dichloropenicillin capsules, tazobactam sodium/piperacillin sodium for injection, compound calcium carbonate effervescent granules, etc.

Professor Jiang Xuehua strongly advocated clinical pharmacy education and clinical pharmacy working mode. Participated in the drafting and implementation of the first undergraduate teaching plan of clinical pharmacy in China. As the person in charge, he presided over the implementation of the research project of teaching reform of the Ministry of Education, the research project of teaching reform in Sichuan Province and a number of national continuing medical education projects, and made arduous explorations and carried out fruitful work in this field. Through the continuing education of clinical pharmacy in China, a large number of early clinical pharmacy talents in China have been trained, which has made positive contributions to the development of clinical pharmacy in China and published more than 0 related papers 10. He is a famous clinical pharmacy educator and one of the founders of clinical pharmacy in China.

Professor Jiang Xuehua has offered courses on biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacokinetics, modern evaluation methods of drugs, advanced pharmacokinetics, research methods of clinical pharmacy and research methods of pharmaceutical affairs management for undergraduates, master students and doctoral students. Director of the excellent course of pharmaceutical administration in Sichuan Province. In teaching practice, he constantly updated the teaching content and teaching methods.
