All participants will be seated before 14:30 pm.
Organizational requirements
1. Students attending the ceremony at the main venue of the graduation ceremony need hats and robes, which are brought into the venue by teachers led by the college. Parents, relatives and friends of graduates enter the school with the admission ticket issued by the school;
2. Check the body temperature of every admitted person on site, please remind graduates and their families to wear masks (blue masks) in advance before admission;
3. It is forbidden to bring schoolbags, food and drinks into the venue, and it is forbidden to bring slippers and shorts into the venue;
4. The college organizes students to enter from the nearest gate according to the seating area of the unit, and arranges the seats for graduate students in the order of doctor and master. Doctors should sit at the front of the college seating area;
5. Pay attention to etiquette, students must dress in strict accordance with the hat and robe dress code. In order to maintain the solemnity and sacredness of the ceremony, people wearing uncivilized clothes such as slippers and shorts are not allowed to enter the venue. Students should be familiar with the matters needing attention in the ceremony, as well as the process and requirements of degree awarding.
