The museum building consists of two parts. The front part is the former Simade Gymnasium, the appearance is as old as before, and the middle space inside is mezzanine, forming a two-story exhibition area with an upper and lower construction area of 1.529 square meters. The back part is an extension of the original Simade swimming pool, which consists of one basement and three floors. The architectural style is in harmony with Sima De Gymnasium, with a building area of 4 108 square meters, including 3 150 square meters above ground and 958 square meters underground. The middle swimming pool is reserved, with a total construction area of more than 5600 square meters in the front and rear parts.
