At the same time, it shows that the employer has implemented the household registration transfer index for graduates. When the graduates send the employment agreement (the third copy) to the department, they will send the graduates' admission notice to the department, and the department will input the school's employment plan, and the school will report it to the provincial employment guidance center accordingly, and send the employment registration card to the province (city). Graduates signed employment agreements with non-local employers, but did not obtain the admission notice from their competent departments. Graduates' household registration and files should be moved back to their original places in principle.
The procedures for handling graduate admission notices vary from place to place. Most provinces and cities stipulate that graduates can go to the government human resources department and the social security bureau or human resources center to apply for admission notice as long as they find an employer and sign an employment agreement with the employer.
Generally, it is necessary to prepare a recommendation form for graduates' employment, an employment agreement signed with the employer, and the original transcript of the graduates' admission notice. Individual cities also need to read English, computer grade certificates and other materials.
