I. Construction of disciplines and specialties
1. Participate in the formulation of the teaching development plan of the college, organize the formulation and implementation of the specialty construction plan, formulate the specialty setting plan, organize the application and implementation, participate in the formulation of the enrollment plan, and organize various teaching evaluations.
Second, the curriculum construction
1. Formulate the curriculum construction plan of the college and organize the implementation, exchange, evaluation, acceptance and implementation of awards.
2. Organize the formulation of the syllabus of each course and prepare the course selection guide.
Third, the teaching process
1. Compile teaching calendar, teaching schedule and curriculum schedule, and cooperate with departments to implement teacher deployment.
3. Manage students' grades and status, and issue various academic certificates and certificates.
4. Responsible for daily teaching scheduling, unified arrangement of the use of the floor classroom.
5. Organize national and provincial unified examinations and tests, and be responsible for monitoring the teaching quality of off-campus classes.

Five, experimental practice training management
