For those who are employed after retirement, in addition to going through employment procedures and enjoying special employment services according to fresh graduates, various localities have also taken out targeted recruitment places such as provincial examinations and institutions, which are specially used for retired college students and soldiers.

4. Some special allowances

After two years of service, the state, the army and local governments provide allowances, special care and retirement subsidies; If you transfer to a non-commissioned officer or be promoted to an officer, the treatment will be higher. During their service in the army, college students will have the opportunity to take the military school entrance examination.

Legal basis: According to Article 12 of the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), male citizens who have reached the age of 18 years before1February 3/each year shall be recruited for active service. Those who have not been recruited in that year can still be recruited for active service before the age of 22, and the recruitment age of ordinary college graduates can be relaxed to 24.
