I. Registration Time

Second, registration procedures and entrance education.
1. Freshmen's registration: According to the accommodation arrangement, freshmen will present the "Zhejiang Finance College Registration Pass Code (green code)" to volunteers at the west gate of the school (staying in Northwest Life Group), the east gate of Taoliyuan and the east gate of Cheng Yuyuan respectively. After temperature measurement and code inspection, you can enter the apartment building where Life Park is located with your ID card and admission notice for check-in. After signing in, fill in the personal information-"Daily Health Punch" in the "Zhejiang Caicai Micro" application, apply for the "Zhejiang Caitong Code", generate the "Zhejiang Caitong Code (Blue Code)", and pass through the campus and living park with the blue code.
2. Freshmen's education: September 5 -9 is the stage of freshmen's education, during which the school and college will arrange the opening ceremony, initial education, admission procedures, tutor meeting, physical examination and other related activities. The specific time and place will be notified separately by the college where the freshmen are located.
When the freshmen go through the admission formalities, they must provide the admission ticket, admission notice, original ID card and academic degree certificate for identity verification, and submit the following materials:
(1) household registration certificate (voluntary migration)
(2) Letter of introduction on Party organization relations (submitted by party member)
(3) A copy of the electronic registration filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education (submitted by fresh graduates)
(4) Copy of my ID card (both sides need to be copied on the same page)
(5) Questionnaire on Family Economic Status of Postgraduates from Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics.
3. Precautions:
(1) Freshmen need to bind "Zhecai Cai Wei" and activate the unified authentication account before entering the school (please refer to Annex 1 for the operation guide). Before registration, you need to complete the health declaration for 14 days in the application of "Zhejiang Finance Cai Wei"-"Health Punch for Teachers and Students", complete the personal information in the application of "Zhejiang Finance Cai Wei"-"Registration" and successfully apply for the green code of "Zhejiang Finance University Registration Pass Code" before you can report to the school. Please pay attention to the announcement of the graduate school website in time for the application process of health declaration and freshman registration code.
(2) In principle, freshmen shall not ask for leave. If you need to postpone your registration for special reasons, you must ask for leave in writing to your college in advance, and the leave time shall not exceed 2 weeks. Those who fail to report for 2 weeks without taking leave or fail to report after the expiration of the leave period are deemed to have waived their admission qualification.
(3) freshmen must pay tuition and accommodation fees in full before they can enter school. For graduate students who can't pay their tuition fees on time due to family financial difficulties, the school allows them to apply for deferred payment of tuition fees through the "green channel" first, and then go through the admission procedures at their college. For details of the application procedures for deferred tuition fees, please refer to the Question and Answer of 2022 Graduate Scholarship Policy of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics (see Annex 2 for details). Accommodation will not be postponed.
(4) The party organization in the province was transferred to party member, and one graduate student in our school. The original unit transferred the organizational relationship to the Party Committee of the relevant college of Zhejiang Honggen Strong Foundation System (such as the xx College Committee of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics); Party organizations outside the province transferred to party member, a graduate student of our school, and went to the relevant college of our school to go through the off-line transfer formalities with the "Letter of Introduction from China * * * party member" issued by the original party organization, and then the college completed the information entry of party member system (the letter of introduction was headed to the Party Committee of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, and the specific party organization was the college).
(5) The name and date of birth filled in the new household registration certificate should be consistent with the name on the admission notice and the name and date of birth on the resident ID card, and shall not be altered; If there is any mistake, it must be corrected by the issuing department and stamped with the proofreading seal (see Annex 3 for specific requirements).
(6) Graduate students can bring their own daily necessities when they register, or buy school bedding from designated enterprises, and are not allowed to bring furniture into the school. Graduate students who are interested in purchasing bedding, please scan the program identification code below with WeChat before 24:00 on September 1 2022, and make demand selection according to the prompts (please clearly fill in the new student's name, contact information, institution, major and other information when purchasing. Please indicate the graduate students so that they can be delivered to the freshman dormitory accurately. After the application deadline, the purchase demand will not be changed, and the products will not be returned after purchase.
(7) When reporting for duty, you need to prepare three one-inch bareheaded front half-length photos, and write your student number, name and major on the back for future use.

(2) Webpage payment method: log in to Zhejiang Government Affairs Service Network (website www.zjzwfw.gov.cn), click Personal Service → click Education Payment under Payment Payment → select the business place (provincial level), select the payee (Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics) → click Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, select the student number → click Query, click the payment number, confirm the name and payment amount information → click Confirm Payment, and select the payment method to complete payment.
(3) Payment method of Zhejiang Run APP: Zhejiang Run APP homepage → search for "education payment" → click on "education payment" → select regional "provincial level" → select "Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics" → enter the student number in the student number column, inquire about the payment number → select the payment number. Next, confirm the name and payment amount information to complete the payment.
2. Payment platform of bank school (applicable to all students)

3. Counter payment at bank outlets
(1) Students in Zhejiang Province: From now until the start of school, they will pay free fees at any branch of China Construction Bank. Provide relevant information such as school code "08 102", school name "Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics" and my student number to the bank counter staff when handling the payment procedures; After processing, please keep the payment voucher printed by the bank and stamped with the "Special Seal for Business" (see Annex 4 for sample voucher).
(2) Students outside Zhejiang Province (including Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province): From now until the start of school, go through the personal wire transfer payment procedures at the local China Construction Bank outlet and remit the tuition fees to the designated account of the school (account name: China Bank-Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics Tuition Wire Transfer Account, account number: 330616780156229590082065433). The remitter's full name and account number must be his own name and ID number (see Annex 5 for a sample voucher).

Graduate students with financial difficulties can apply for student loans. Student loans are divided into student loans and school loans. Student-origin student loans can be applied to the student financial assistance management center of the county (city, district) where the family is located before enrollment (under the same circumstances, the amount of student-origin student loans is higher than that of school loans), and school loans and difficult subsidies can be applied uniformly after enrollment. Freshmen who are really interested in applying for school loans due to family financial difficulties need to prepare the borrower's family financial poverty certificate and the borrower's parents' opinions in advance. Among them, the borrower's family financial poverty certificate is sealed by the Civil Affairs Bureau at or above the county level, the borrower's parents' opinions are signed by the parents themselves, and the village Committee proves that I am signed and sealed.

Freshman insurance includes medical insurance for college students and commercial insurance. The school uniformly handles the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents for college students (referred to as college students' medical insurance), and the medical insurance expenses for college students are paid by students annually. Seven, freshmen physical examination
Freshmen's physical examination will be conducted after admission. In 2022, the medical examination fee for freshmen will be paid 58.5 yuan through Alipay, and students who have paid successfully can have a medical examination (the payment record will be directly presented to the staff for verification on the day of medical examination). Payment method: Alipay searches for "Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics" to add the official life number of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, enter the payment hall-the payment channel for medical examination fees, enter the name and ID number and press "OK" to enter the payment page, and check the identity information for payment.
Eight, qualification examination
Within two months after admission, the school will review the new students' admission qualifications, political thoughts, moral quality, professional level and health status.
