Business training requirements: Students in this major mainly study the basic theories and knowledge of general chemistry, engineering mechanics, surveying, engineering drawing, microbiology, hydraulics, electrotechnics, environmental monitoring and environmental engineering, receive basic training in foreign languages, computer technology and drawing, pollutant monitoring and analysis, engineering design, management and planning, and have the basic ability of scientific research, engineering design and management planning in environmental science and technology, water supply and drainage engineering and other fields.

Graduates should have the following knowledge and abilities:

1. Master the basic theories and knowledge of general chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, engineering mechanics, surveying, engineering drawing, microbiology, hydraulics, electrotechnics, environmental monitoring and evaluation, and environmental engineering;
