Specifically, once a student is recommended to enter the guaranteed admission APP program, he can definitely be admitted to Binjiang Campus (UCR). No matter whether the initial language and SAT are up to standard or not, even if he has no TOEFL or IELTS scores, as long as he passes the internal test of the examination center, he can successfully enter the famous public schools in the United States. UCR-ITT, an international transfer channel project, aims at students whose GPA scores can't meet the UCR admission criteria directly and their language level can't meet the UCR admission requirements after graduation from high school. Students enter the UCR IEP language course to learn the language. After the language is up to standard, they enter the community college that has a cooperative relationship with UCR. After two years of study, they transferred to UCR to attend the post-university two-year courses and obtained a bachelor's degree from UCR. Applicants do not require SAT or TOEFL scores.
