Iv. application conditions

(a) the personnel who sign up for the national unified entrance examination for academic postgraduate students organized by the state shall meet the following conditions:

1. People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen.

2. Support the leadership of China's * * * production party, be willing to serve socialist modernization, have good moral character and abide by the law.

3 candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) fresh graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications;

(2) Persons with a nationally recognized bachelor's degree;

(3) Persons who have reached the same academic level as undergraduate graduates two years or more after obtaining the nationally recognized diploma of higher vocational colleges (from graduation to admission to master's degree on September 1 of that year) (they must have 8 or more scores in the main undergraduate courses of their major, including foreign language scores 1, and mathematics scores in science and engineering). People with the same academic level can't apply for cross-majors.

(4) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications and recent graduates of adult colleges (except self-taught students) shall apply as undergraduate graduates with equivalent academic qualifications; Candidates with the same academic qualifications are not allowed to apply for cross-majors.

(5) Persons who have obtained master's degrees or doctor's degrees.

Self-taught students and online education students must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma before they can apply for the exam.

Postgraduates must obtain the consent of the training unit before registering.

4. Physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the admissions unit.

(2) Persons who register for the national unified entrance examination for professional degree graduates organized by the state shall meet the following conditions.

1. A person who signs up for the National Entrance Examination for Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) (hereinafter referred to as "Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) Entrance Examination") shall meet the following conditions:

(1) meets the requirements in (1) (after obtaining the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years or more, those who have reached the same educational level as college graduates are not allowed to issue scores of more than eight undergraduate professional courses).

(2) The major studied in colleges and universities is non-law major (graduates of law major [code: 030 1] of undergraduate major in ordinary colleges and universities are not allowed to enter the exam).

2. Persons who register for the National Entrance Examination for Master of Laws (Law) Professional Degree Postgraduates (hereinafter referred to as "Master of Laws (Law) Entrance Examination") shall meet the following conditions:

(1) meets the requirements in (1) (after obtaining the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years or more, those who have reached the same educational level as college graduates are not allowed to issue scores of more than eight undergraduate professional courses).

(2) Law major in ordinary colleges and universities (graduates of law major [code: 030 1] in the catalogue of undergraduate majors in ordinary colleges and universities can apply for the exam).

3. Those who sign up for the postgraduate examination of MBA, MBA, Master of Engineering Management and Master of Project Management Education shall meet the following conditions:

(1) meets the requirements of items 1, 2 and 4 in (1).

(2) Persons with more than 3 years' work experience after graduation from university; Persons who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state and have reached the same academic level as undergraduate graduates after more than five years of study; Persons who have obtained master's degree or doctor's degree and have more than 2 years' working experience.

4. Those who sign up for the entrance examination for graduate students with professional degrees other than Master of Laws (Illegal Studies), Master of Laws (Law), Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration, Master of Engineering, and Master of Education should meet the requirements in (1).

5. Persons who sign up for the entrance examination for clinical medical professional degree graduate students shall meet the following conditions:

(1) meets the requirements in (1);

(2) Full-time clinical medical undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications;

(3) Non-fresh graduates must obtain the qualification certificate of medical practitioners.

(3) Candidates who have obtained academic degree certificates abroad must submit the original and photocopy of the academic degree certification certificate provided by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education at the time of qualification examination.
