According to the "Regulations on Drama Schools" promulgated by China in Qing Dynasty 1 June 904+1March1October, primary schools should have full-time undergraduate teachers1person at each level to teach all subjects, teach students homework and take charge of their posts. The teaching system in which teachers participate in all subjects or major subjects at one level is called the level holding system, which is referred to as the level holding system for short.
Teachers who are responsible for the teaching and organizational management of all or major subjects at the school level are grade-level teachers. It was not until the Republic of China (1932) that the grading system was implemented in middle schools.
1938 the grade-level appointment system in middle schools was changed to tutorial system, and the teachers responsible for class organization and education were called grade-level tutors. After the founding of New China, we inherited the tradition of the old liberated areas, learned the educational experience of the Soviet Union, and set up head teachers in all primary and secondary schools.
