Yunnan Agricultural University, located in Kunming, the spring city, is the first batch of pilot universities in China to reform the education and training plan for outstanding agricultural and forestry talents and outstanding engineers. Founded in 1938, formerly known as Agricultural College of National Yunnan University, located in Chenggong County, Kunming. 1958 Kunming Agriculture and Forestry College was established independently and moved to Heilongtan in the northern suburb of Kunming. 197 1 merged with Yunnan Agricultural Labor University to form Yunnan Agricultural University.
