We are about to upgrade from an ignorant elementary school brother to a senior, and our strange and curious psychology has long been abandoned. We are no longer that ignorant and highly dependent schoolmate. Soon this semester will be over and the Wushu Association will be handed over to us. Under the serious and responsible leadership of Chen Li, the president of Shangjie Wushu Association, we have got training and growth. We will follow the example of the chairman of Shanghai Federation, keep the advantages of its work and continue to carry forward and innovate! I'd like to briefly introduce the work plan of the Wushu Association for the xx-xx academic year:

1. Recruit new people to add hope and vitality to the association. This recruitment will be based on the experience of the upper circles and focus on recruiting members with basic skills. In line with the purpose of establishing an association, expand the scope of enrollment.

Second, set up branches. Change the organizational system of the association, so that the Wushu Association consists of Sanda club and nunchaku club (Taekwondo club and fencing club). The work of each club is arranged by Wushu Association, and the activities of each club are planned by themselves. Whether it will be implemented or not will be decided by the Council of Wushu Association. Activities should be based on safety, innovation and science.

Third, change the training methods for new members. For new members, we should start with martial arts, explain the purpose and purpose of learning martial arts (as well as the rules and regulations of the school), and then carry out professional training.

Fourth, assist the work of various departments of colleges and departments, actively participate in various activities, improve the enthusiasm of members, and attach importance to scientific development and a virtuous circle.

Fifth, strengthen external development. Strengthen cooperation with relevant departments outside the school, strengthen learning from the advantages of others, and constantly develop and improve the association itself.

6. Take the initiative to participate in some public welfare activities (such as performing for the disabled and the elderly community in Dongting) to create an exercise opportunity for yourself and win a good reputation for the school.

Seven, try to apply for a company sponsorship, strengthen our communication ability with the outside world, and increase the interest of members and the strength of the association in the form of commercial performances.

Eight, martial arts association (mainly nunchakus here), there is a contest once a month. The form of the competition is judged by the number and standard degree of learning nunchaku skills, and the first place is given spiritual and material rewards.

Nine, considering the positive impact on schools and societies, we will plan to reward some membership fees to members who have excellent study, good performance and active work, and encourage them to make persistent efforts.

Ten, organize Wushu Association and other organizations to hold some interesting and public welfare activities to deepen exchanges and cooperation between organizations.

We still have a lot of work plans to implement for next semester. I think with the joint efforts of our 09 Wushu Association team, Wushu Association will become more perfect and powerful!
