As I have been a class committee for one year, I am familiar with the work of the class committee. The original intention of running for vice president this time is to exercise my ability, especially my interpersonal skills, while serving my classmates.

Summary of my own work:

For the vice monitor, the most important job is to manage the class attendance. When I first took over the job, several students said that we should relax and not be too strict about attendance. But I don't think it should be too loose. After all, counselors emphasize strict attendance.

At the beginning of this semester, when the class is handed over by name, sometimes there will be some situations. For example, some students did not come to class, but did not explain the situation in time. Like these students, I will send a letter asking why. If the reason is reasonable, I will help them fill in the fake note in the future. But later, through the class meeting, some attendance was clarified. They were warned for the first time. If they make the same mistake again next time, they will be directly recorded as absenteeism. After that, no one skipped class directly without explaining the reasons. This phenomenon rarely occurs in the late semester.
