1. The structure is not too complicated, just make it into a common honing frame, and the height is as high as possible. The honing frame is simple in structure, clear in force and convenient to manufacture.

2. Make the rod into a hollow round rod. You can apply glue on paper and then roll it up with a round rod, so that it sticks firmly layer by layer, but it is not easy to be too long, and the round rod is not easy to take out when it is rolled up.

There is no need to make the tie rod too thick. After calculating the maximum tension, test how wide the paper is needed, and then use 2 times the paper width as the pull rod. Mainly the dynamic load during actual loading.

4. The compression bar must be strong, and it is best to make one first and test it with the calculated maximum pressure.

5. Because the latex is wet, the finished strip is easy to deform during drying, so don't make it too long, and generally control it below 30CM. And after all the bars are dry and not deformed, they are assembled.

6. When assembling, the nodes must be firm, and don't think that the calculation model of the honing frame is hinged. Even if it is a newly connected node, there is no problem.
